Paulin Skoglund Voss has been working as a professional cellist since 1991. After having worked as a full time classical cellist for six years she decided to let go of a steady income and try out freelancing in Oslo. In addition to playing in the symphony orchestras of Oslo , she has worked with bands and artists like Thinkerbell,Magnus Grønneberg,Unni Wilhelmsen,Jørn Christensen,Wholy Martin,Nr. 7 Deli, Anne Marie Almedal,Velvet Belly,Seigmenn,Helldorado,Illumination,Marit Larsen etc. In 2000 Paulin started to write songs of her own and in sept. 2008 she released her solo debut as a singer and cellist. The music is very much related to pop music but the sound is dominated by acoustic instruments like strings,oboe, harp,double bass,rhodes etc. RECORD RELEASE "Dragonflies & Hummingbirds" |
